Professional Enfranchisement work
I was recommended Bishop & Sewell via a surveyor. My initial contact was with Mark Chick before I was handed over to Clare Groom who dealt with the Freehold enfranchisement and the extension of the 999 year leases for 3 flats within the building once the former was complete. Clare was extremely efficient from start to finish and kept me in touch with the process so to understand what to expect, what I needed to provide and chase up from the other leaseholders. I would thoroughly recommend Clare if you are looking for an extremely professional solicitor to manage this sort of work.
