I did not go as far as to instruct, but Michele and Sarah were so very helpful in assisting me with advice by email and phone, so that I could find the help that I needed. They also ensured that I did not spend out unnecessarily by informing me that prior advice I had received (from another source) was incorrect, and work I had been told was essential, was not - very honest!
Very rare to find a company that will donate their time in this way without remuneration.
Based on my experience they will be my first choice for the future.
