Katia Lake

Solicitor

After completing her LL.B (Hons) at Oxford Brookes University and attending law school at Kaplan Law School (formerly part of Nottingham Law School), Katia qualified as a solicitor in 2012 specialising in residential property. Katia was previously a Partner and Head of Residential Property at the Wimbledon Office of a Legal 100 firm before moving to the Midlands. Most of her work comes from recommendations by clients and she is recognised for her speed and efficiency in completing property transactions. Communication is very important to Katia and she usually replies to all clients’ emails promptly to ensure that her clients are always aware of how their matters are progressing. Katia sees her relationships with clients as collaborative and works alongside them to get the job done.
