Having qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and coming from a background working in Legal 500 law firms, Sara has a wide range of experience and practices in all aspects of divorce, financial disputes, injunctions and children disputes between both married and unmarried partners.
Much of her caseload deals with the financial implications on relationship breakdown, such as pension sharing, interim maintenance applications and seeking freezing injunctions to protect assets.

Unusual cases involve acting for an Australian Intervener in English divorce proceedings, and representing clients resident overseas. .

Outstanding Legal Representation and Service
I cannot thank Sara Ludlow Lane enough for the professional and attentive way she dealt with my recent divorce proceedings. My separation was no easy matter because of the number of asset classes held. They included the main family home, investment properties, chattels, loans, tax liabilities and pension pots etc. To achieve a successful outcome, it required a high level of expertise and competence that is only available from true professionals. Divorce: A difficult time made much easier.
I can highly recommend Sara. She has helped me through the tricky details of a divorce in a calm, kind and professional way. Sara is very approachable and explained details and procedures in terms that a layman can understand. Always efficient in replying quickly to queries, emails etc which has been a terrific help.

Sara Ludlow Lane is the most amazing, personable, understanding, empathetic and supportive Solicitor I have ever met.Her advice is clear, concise and accurate and she is incredibly efficient in not only her actions but also her communications.
Divorce is a very stressful time and without having someone like Sara there to guide me through it I would have seriously struggled. Sara – the support you gave me without even realising it was something I will never adequately be able to put into words. Though it took longer to conclude, due to my ex delaying things, we managed to achieve an amicable outcome and I can now move on with the next stage of my life.

Excellent service

Extremely Satisfied with the Service received
I was recommended to use Sara and she has dealt with my divorce, I have to say I am very impressed, Sara explained the process clearly from day one, answered my many questions straight away, even when she was on leave, this has been an extremely stressful time, within just over 8 months the divorce has gone through and I cannot recommend Sara enough. Although my divorce was not too complicated I am more than happy with the outcome. I have already recommended Sara to a friend in need. Wonderful.
Used them twice. Once to make a will and also to initiate a divorce. Both occasions were stress free, friendly and efficient. All legal jargon was clearly explained in day to day terms, and I was made to feel that I was their only client and only I mattered.
I would most definitely recommend the firm to others.
