The first apartment Dad wanted had a rather suspicious ownership/leasehold arrangement that Michael spotted with some dogged investigation work after his instincts told him "something wasn't quite right". Could not have been better
I needed a solicitor to handle the purchase of a flat. The vendor’s agent recommended one and I enquired with them. However, they made two errors in their original communication with me. Moreover, they would not meet me, insisting that all the original dealings had to be digital. In consequence I did not commission them. In complete contrast CTT Law provided a personal, timely and thoroughly professional service. I could not fault them

Highly recommend - Excellent
We engaged CTT Law through a recommendation and had Mike assigned to our account. Given that the property was repossessed, we utilized the fast-track service due to the urgency of the purchase. With this type of acquisition, we could be outbid right up until the exchange, making time of the utmost importance.
Additionally, we faced the complexity of dealing with the lender’s solicitor and their requirements, as we were using development bridging finance. The lender had numerous bespoke requirements, likely due to this being our first HMO conversion as a company.
Mike managed everything brilliantly. He processed all tasks swiftly, acted professionally, and was instrumental in ensuring everything moved quickly to completion. He was also highly accommodating to my frequent phone calls, often multiple times a day.
This is the best service I have received from a solicitor firm, and I will definitely be instructing CTT Law again for future acquisitions.

House move, selling old and purchasing new property
We chose CCT Law as our house is in trust and as Michael worked along side same company it made sense to use them. Michael was very friendly, helpful and kept us in the loop via email and telephone.

Excellent service
I used Ctt law on advice from my financial adviser. The house I was selling was in trust with Countrywide and the advice was that Ctt law would have knowledge of the trust.
My experience with Countrywide was not good, I found them inefficient, careless, several mistakes in communicating with me. My son has an ongoing complaint with them.

Help with house sale
Michael Hughes’s was very helpful and made our path way easy for people who are not familiar with legal jargon. We are both in our 70s and had lived in the property for over 40years , to be able to get in touch with a person who was so understanding and helpful.

Remortgage

Sale and purchase
Mike handled our sale and purchase and was excellent from start to finish. He actioned everything quickly which meant we were ready to complete the sale within 4 weeks. Unfortunately our purchase was delayed due to a break in the chain but Mike made sure we were ready to go as soon as everyone else was. He kept us updated throughout, even when we were waiting on others and there was no update to give. We are using Mike again for our remortgage and would have no hesitation in recommending him or CTT Law to friends and family.
