Registration of a property with Land registry
We wanted to register my Fathers property with the Land registry as he had not previously registered it. The process was explained and a delay was predicted although we were told that the registration could be expedited when the property was sold.
We agreed a sale for the property last week and after advising Lauren at MFG the land registry title deeds came through today.
A very efficient and friendly service.
