I live in London but was recommended M&K Immigration solicitors in Luton by family friends. My first contact with the solicitors was in person for a free 30 minute consultation. Other solicitors I had previously contacted wanted from £250 upwards for a consultation. In circumstances where you require urgent advice and are limited on costs it is invaluable to be given a free consultation.
I instructed M&K solicitors to represent a family member in an Immigration Detention Centre who had been served with a Removal Direction on 16th October. Within 4 working days (21st October) Anisha (solicitor) had the removal direction cancelled.
In addition following a successful bail hearing the relation was released from the Immigration Detention Centre within two weeks from when the solicitors had been instructed.
Following the solicitors advice a human rights application was submitted which will also mean the relation can regulate their status in the UK.
As a family we are very grateful for Ashrat (firm partner) and Anisha's (solicitor) swift response to a time sensitive matter. We were kept up to date throughout their instruction through emails, telephone calls and whatsapp messages including at weekends and in the early hours.
