I have used ORJ for my business and personal affairs for the past few years.
I can honestly say that the personal and unflappable service I have received from Mike Smyth has been far above and beyond what I expected (or received from others in the past).

Diligent, friendly and willing to push for results
I chose ORJ as they had a Stafford presence as I was buying my first home in the area. I was keen to complete quickly due to my rented property tenancy ending. Louise and Lili-Mai really tried to make that work for me and were lovely to deal with without. We had to miss our initial target completion date due to various wider difficulties but the team were really dedicated about pushing for completion as soon as possible after the Christmas break and really went the extra mile the week we did complete to get me over the line keys in hand for the weekend.
Conveyancing is (so I'm told) never a fun process but if you want a team who are lovely to deal with and will get the job done for the price quoted with minimal faff you couldn't do better than going with ORJ.
