Brilliant Customer Service
Delighted with way Loran helped us with setting up wills. Her expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to meet our requirements was exemplary. So many things we hadn't considered were sorted. Would not hesitate to use JNP again.

POA for both parents
Our appointment was arranged quickly. Loran was very thorough; she explained everything we needed to know regarding POA. She was clear in her explanation on why she asked certain questions. She offered my parents a home visit as my mother is infirm. She was again very thorough and understanding during the home visit. Loran is very friendly and personable we all felt at ease with her. We were confident in her dealing with both my parents POA. The process was made very easy for us, leaving everything in her capable hands.
