House Sale / Purchase
We engaged with Hine solicitors for the sale of our existing house and purchase of new house. From the outset they were very friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout. A detailed quotation was provided so we understood exactly what we would be paying, the price was very competitive, but we were extremely impressed how this was presented / provided to us. Throughout the whole process, unlike other solicitors I have used in the past, they were always friendly and any questions we had were always answered in a simple format.
They made the whole process stress free. Special thanks to Joma and Nicola who dealt with the process from start to finish. I highly recommend using Hine Solicitors and will no doubt be using them in the future.

First time flat purchase
Overall super happy with the service!
Joma and Jessica were amazing to work with, always at hand to guide on my numerous questions. As I was a first time buyer getting my first flat, they made sure that I had a good understanding of each step/process and helped make the purchase at a good speed.
I would highly recommend the team for any house or flat purchases.

An excellent experience!
Joma Lawton (Solicitor) and Jessica Baker (Senior Legal Assistant) were magnificent in a lengthy (1 year) purchase of my flat. I have now moved in and am so grateful to Joma and Jessica, they responded quickly, supported me and helped me through the legal issues.. the length of the purchase process was not down to them!! Forever grateful to the dynamic duo! Also, a shout out to the very friendly ladies in Reception. I don’t intend to move again (!!) but I’d definitely contact Lennons for any legal issues.
