Lee Pascoe

Solicitor - Owner/ Partner/ Solicitor

SRA ID: 17896

Lee is a member of Resolution and has been an Accredited Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel since 2000. Lee qualified as a Mediator in September 2021. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1995, Lee became a partner in the family department of a local law firm. On 1st April 2013 that department merged with Kay Family Law to offer a more comprehensive, specialist Family Law Practice. Lee’s approach, wherever possible, is to try to achieve a fair outcome without expensive, long and contested court proceedings. He is a strong believer that non-court methods of resolving disagreements should be explored. However, if that proves not to be in the interests of his clients, he has many years of experience representing clients in courts across the South East of England including in London. Lee has developed a strong network of experts that compliment his advice in areas such as accountancy, financial advice, pensions and financial planning. Lee advises on: Non-court dispute remedy solutions including Mediation and Arbitration; Divorce proceedings; Financial Remedy applications on divorce; Pensions; Business Assets; Cohabitation disputes to include applications to the court; Separation Agreements; Pre-Nuptial and Post Nuptial Agreements; Disputes concerning the arrangements for children; Special Guardianship Orders; Injunctions. With the court system under increasing pressure and fraught with delay, Lee is a firm believer that Mediation can provide an ideal opportunity for people to reach a tailored solution that will work for them and their family. One of the many benefits is that it can be progressed at a pace that the participants are comfortable with. As a Mediator, Lee is well placed to help people to find the solution that fits their circumstances. Please contact Lee if you would like to have a preliminary chat or have any questions regarding Mediation. Lee enjoys cycling, reading, walking, and visiting the cinema.

We instructed Lee because he had helped our daughter with her matrimonial matter. Lee was helpful, kind, professional and easy to deal with. we always got a timely response and even when he had been out of the office for the day he would answer our query. We got a successful outcome and Lee made the process as easy to deal with as he could
