Couldn't have asked for more!

We have been working with Michael for a number of years. Our last case was the most challenging, time consuming and was dragged ( because of the company we were suing) over a number of years. Michael did a superb job and we actually managed, because of his industrious work and thinking outside the box, to win back more than we set out to get…. The case was around an IT system we have developed, but which wasn’t paid for by the client. Although it was a complex IT case, Michael showed exceptional knowledge and understanding of the basic issues and underlying IT concepts / challenges. We were suing 3 individuals, 2 of whom were outside the UK and one who was still resident in the UK. Michael’s clever strategy was to focus on the UK resident, assuming the other 2 wouldn’t really care or be concerned and just might ignore the case. As it transpired, that was the perfect strategy, because Michael was convinced that if this gets to court ( which it nearly did), we would win convincingly and the UK resident would take the brunt of the whole case…. I suspect that other side thought the same and eventually agreed to ALL our terms and paid up to the last penny! Working with Michael was great. I always felt like he was part of Inviqa and looked after our interests as if he was one of us! Couldn’t have asked for more! His quality fo work was excellent. His sense of urgency was admirable. His analysis of the different options and describing them in layman’s terms was exceptional. Michael always took the time to explain to us all the different options, pros and cons of each one, the associated risk and potential outcomes. We always relied on Michael’s expertise and advice, as we are software people and not legal experts…but he was always very clear about the potential outcome of each option. In many situations , I would say to him “ Michael, what do you think we should do?” He would give his advice, explain the reasoning and we would go with it. As someone who has been in the services industry my whole career, I know how important Customer service is and how significant it is to the customer to be guided by the experts. Michael was always articulate and eloquent in his explanations. Michael was always available - even when on holiday or out of hours. This is also something extremely important for a customer - the availability of the service provider. Michael was always transparent about his fees. There was always an explanation and description for what and why he was charging us. And if we had questions - he would always gladly explain in detail. I would be delighted to work with Michael in the future, as we have build a strong level of understanding and trust. It was truly a pleasure to work with him on this case, especially with the results being better than we expected! I would also gladly recommend Michael to others who might face similar cases in the future and would be delighted to talk to them if required. If I had to score our Customer Experience working with Michael, I would say 10 out of 10! Have a Merry Christmas and happy new year!
