Teresa and her team were my conveyancers to sell my house and buy my new house, it was a very long process as it was partly through COVID and I took out a lifetime morgage. dispite some quiet spells of not knowing what was happening and not getting some communication that was expected at times when I'd heard nothing for a while. I understood it was a difficult time but overall I was very pleased with the service
very lovely to deal with if u needed to speak to them over the phone instead of email as I sometimes did as I was very stressed they were always helpful and reassuring to me. Teresa was a great solicitor and I want to say thanku To her and the rest of the team. I would definitely use again.

Great start to finish

Sale Of Property
This sale took 14 months from accepting the offer. The purchaser and his solicitors were largely to blame for this but I do feel that Coodes could have pushed things along more proactively in the earlier months.

Very impressed
Very happy with Coodes - I had to change solicitors in the middle of conveyancing, when there was a long chain dependent on the sale going through. They were honest with me, replied straightaway to communications, and worked hard to make sure that all went through as quickly as possible. Very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Efficient professional service.
This matter was a long drawn out process which Ms Scoular dealt with in an efficient and timely manner throughout. Emails were answered always on the same day and questions answered clearly and patiently. Would highly recommend.
