accidental collision with motorbike
Mr Rogers has been outstanding in this court case.
When he took on our case, he was quick to act and thorough in his approach.
He communicated his strategy and next steps clearly.
In Court, ahead of the hearing, he explained comprehensibly what would happen and exerted a calming influence.

Support with tricky matter.
We benefitted from Frank's support in a tricky matter concerning an offence committed in a vehicle prior to our taking delivery of it, that had been incorrectly attributed to us, and due to the required response not being lodged in a timely fashion, this fell at our door. There were some complications to the matter concerning a former employee failing to respond in the required timeline to a query from the authorities, that would have confirmed this information in a compliant manner and avoided further action, that Frank was able to address and advocate accordingly to ensure ultimate fair treatment.

I was absolutely delighted to secure your acquittal on both charges especially after the long delays in the cases coming to Trial. There were many twists & turns on the way which I am sure added to the stress for you but we had a strategy and stuck to it. Would Recommend!
Frank put my mind at rest and alleviated any concerns I had surrounding an exceptional hardship case in light of a totting up disqualification. I was in contact with Frank who created my statement in the months leading up to my hearing and also had a zoom call with me just before the hearing to put my mind at rest.

Driving Ban Court Case
I would personally like to thank Frank for his support and professionalism during my court case, I was very anxious that I might lose my driving licence and Frank talked me through the whole process, he asked me the relevant questions pertaining to my health and mental wellbeing to provide the court with accurate and transparent information. I found him to be extremely easy to speak with and listened to what I needed to say and on the day was a consummate professional.
I couldn't be happier that the court ruled in my favour and saw the value that keeping my car has to my health, wellbeing and being able to get around.
