The Estate of the Late Gwyneth Perry

Excellent service
We needed everything in place to make life easier for the family when we die. Kim advised us on wills and Power of Attorney which is now in place, with Kim taking care of storage and willingness to help where required.

The best solicitors
I spent hours phoning various solicitors firms for advice with our situation and not one of them could help. When I phoned Boyletts Law Kim instantly listened and said she'd help. We were given an appointment and from the second we met Kim we knew we were in safe hands and we were right. She's amazing and kept us completely informed and reassured us every step of the way. Will Writing Service
Following the great service provided by Boyletts Law in the handling of probate for our family, I was reminded of the importance of a current and correctly written will. I therefore asked Kim to draw up a will for myself, which was completed very professionally and quickly.
In the initial meeting I was given time to discuss various options and scenarios and I am very happy with the final document. Also I have the reassurance that it has been completed by a qualified legal professional who deals with the consequences of administering wills during the probate process.

Making & will & matters which are relative.
I consulted Kim Boylett when I needed to make a new Will. I cannot praise her highly enough.
She is professional, empathetic & a very understanding person. I was completely at ease & comfortable with her.
I must also add that her staff are respectful & polite & friendly. It is a pleasure to visit the office because nothing is too much trouble. I didn’t feel rushed or under any pressure. Which is wonderful in this day & age.
I am elderly & appreciate the respectful way I am always treated when I visit.

Probate Services
Kim agreed to handle the probate application and legal matters relating to handling the estate for a family member, on a fixed price agreement. During the process I found Kim to be extremely knowledgeable, approachable and clear, and was very helpful in resolving any queries I had during the process and all for the agreed fee (no hidden charges). I have subsequently recommended the firm to a relative, and they also tell me they are very happy with their service.
