Excellent conveyancing experience with Tozers
We found the service with Vernon and Laura to be excellent. They work really well together, were very approachable and gave great advice and guidance. Critically they were fast to respond to everything through the process and keep the other parties to task, resulting in us meeting our target timelines (which were short!). We would highly recommend them.

Holiday & Residential Parks
Vernon and Laura are very professional and helpful, guiding us through the process. They also applied pressure across the chain when things were slowing down which resulted in accelerating conveyancing of our business and residence to about 3 months (with 5 in the chain!).

Residential Property
Tozers were really helpful throughout our property purchase. Our prolonged process needed intervention and pushing along at times and both Laura and Vernon stepped in to ensure progress was being made. Their attention to detail was impressive and we would definitely use them again, They were fair regarding fees charged, both in this purchase and a previous one that fell through.

Conveyancing
Absolutely top notch. Could not have chosen a better firm than Tozers. Would have encountered serious issues had I chosen a bucket shop to handle the conveyancing.

Residential Property
