Solicitor at Sarah Dwight Solicitor

Sarah Dwight

Solicitor

I qualified as a solicitor in 1990, and throughout my career, I have been focussed on trying to make the house moving experience better for all those involved. I established my own practice, dealing exclusively with residential conveyancing in April 2000 and have seen many changes in how conveyancing is done together with changes in the market. Even with all of these changes over the years, my core belief remains that solicitors are at the heart of the house moving process and have a crucial role in making sure that the public receive good advice at a stressful time. For the last ten years, I have been a member of the Law Society Conveyancing and Land Law Committee, heading the Residential Property sub group. I have been involved in the redrafting of the Protocol Forms (Fittings and Contents form and Property Information Form) and led the group which drafted the new edition of the Protocol. I am the joint author of the CQS Tool Kit . I am an Editor of the Law Society Conveyancing Handbook. All of this means that I am aware of law and procedure within the conveyancing procedure and have access to the most up to date regulations and requirements. I have spoken at many Law Society conferences and am a regular contributor to the Law Society Property Section Property in Practice magazine. I have been quoted in articles in The Times, The Financial Times, and other media . Finally, I sit on the Government Home Buying and Selling Group which is reviewing the way in which house buying is carried out. I lead the Education Group for the Home Buying and Selling Group which writes the How to Buy and How to Sell Guides. This means that I consider what the public (YOU!!) need to know when moving house .

Excellent Property Solicitor

Sarah Dwight is such a professional, organised, trust worthy solicitor. She supported us through selling my mums house and then buying our own. We knew we were in safe hands with Sarah, she was truly amazing. Can’t recommend her enough, highly professional yet friendly and supportive, she’s amazing.

Fantastic solicitor

5

Sarah Dwight is a fantastic solicitor who is a real pleasure to deal with. We used her two sell two houses in order to buy one - she is organised, kept us informed along the way, is approachable and made the process as stress free as she could.
Every email and phone call with Sarah is an absolute pleasure. The average time for Sarah to reply to an email is 10 minutes, and Sarah explains everything in a way that is easy to understand.
I would absolutely use Sarah again and thoroughly recommend her. Other vendors in our chain told us they wished Sarah was their solicitor too because she is so good.
Sarah also gave us really good advice along the way to ensure that the house move went through as smoothly as possible and that the decisions we made were the best for now and for the future.
Sarah is really leading the way in the industry on how conveyancing should be done.

Excellent service

I can not recommend Sarah highly enough. She guided me through house sale and purchase, particularly when my buyers became tricky. Communication was swift and clear, with reassurance when necessary. When things became difficult, I was so relieved to have someone as knowledgable and determined as Sarah on my side. She is professional and personable and will get the job done.

I can't thank you enough Sarah. My mum had the most complex purchase possible and Sarah was just amazing. Always available to speak by phone or reply to messages. Chased and kept everything on track, but most of all, the nicest of people. Totally customer focussed. Mum is absolutely delighted with her new home. Thank you so much.
