I began working as an Office Assistant for a local firm of solicitors in October 2014 and was promoted to Paralegal to work in their Dispute Resolution and Family departments in early 2015. I joined Whitehead Monckton in July 2016 in the Tax and Estate Planning department at the Maidstone office, where I undertook my training before qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Legal Executives in June 2020.

Sam Corse put me at my ease and was understanding and helpful in an area I am unfamiliar with. I didn't feel pressurised and was able to take my time and change my mind if I felt I needed to. He was gently able to point out any flaws in my decisions too.

Litigation / Dispute Resolution
Sam was our main solicitor throughout a difficult dispute, then David Riordan finished off when Sam moved departments. Both were very helpful, understanding and thorough at all times. Thank you so much for your professionalism in a difficult time.
