Would not recommend
Chanelle, Jacqueline and Chloe handled my case. The work was slow, they weren't great at communicating. I believe Jacqueline made a mistake. She overlooked the content of my response to an enquiry. As a team they then made my buyers solicitors look bad chasing them to confirm enquires were complete when in fact Jacqueline had raised an enquiry with Land Registry against the info I gave. I spent hours chasing two companies to compensate. Their complaints procedure got me nowhere nor did an email to their partner. My estate agent has chosen not to recommend them to any clients on the basis on my experience.

First time buyer
I have recently just bought my first home with the help of Chanelle and her team. I have always received good communication from Chanelle, she answered all of my questions as a first time buyer so that I was clear and confident throughout the process and I always managed to pick up a call with her if i needed. She was kind and lovely to liaise with and i would definitely recommend her for a smooth hassle free process, Thanks Chanelle.

Very professional.
My lawyer is aware that I am not proficient in English, so he arranged for a Cantonese-speaking staff member to communicate with me, ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Cantonese staff member was very patient and attentive in listening to my questions and provided professional and thoughtful answers.

House buying and selling good
A good professional service under circumstances that a lot of the time were less than ideal due to factors beyond their concontrol.

Conveyancing deed
I have mixed opinion, the process took much longer than anticipated, had to chase Solicitors to complete deal, it took nearly 5 months, but happy with documentation and completion process

Very Professional!
rom the start to the finish we felt like they cared about our experience using there services and were not just another client passing through. Communication was excellent by team Rushworth and kept us updated all the way. Completion was on the day they said it would be with everything running to plan. Thank you very much to you all.
