I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Lydia for her excellent professional service given to me with my redundancy paperwork supplied by my employer Viridor Ltd. Lydia conducted herself brilliantly and answered all of my questions at this very stressful time I was experiencing at that time.
I am very pleased to confirm I received all monies owed to me within the contract plus the bonus payment I was entitled to paid in June as promised by Viridor.

Lydia was professional, compassionate and effective in her detailed advice. I was being made redundant from a very big multinational after 23 years service and she helped me understand my rights and the responsibilities of my employer, as well as the consequences for me and them of the redundancy agreement I needed to sign to complete the process. Her assessment of the agreement was invaluable for me as I am severely dyslexic and without this I could easily have overlooked important details. I have no difficulty in saying I would use Lydia again if I ever found myself in the same situation again.
