I am extremely impressed by both the company and its concept. My point of contact is via my solicitor Matthew who has been exceptional in conducting my case with great care and attention and investing huge amounts of his own collateral throughout. Calls or texts are always speedily responded to , his advice is sage and his personal friendliness and demeanour are an example to all. The companies central concept makes the whole process of litigation much less stressful and means that the chance of real justice for their clients is ultimately greatly enhanced .

Debt Recovery

Truly Exceptional
I have had to deal with a number of lawyers recently due to a vengeful and belligerent ex-business partner who issued a claim against me over trivial matters, turning a molehill into a mountain. I wish I had found Matthew and his team sooner, as he truly helped me achieve the best possible outcome, despite my past setbacks, which largely stemmed from not having the right guidance from the beginning.

First rate experience.

Unfortunately, it seems to be becoming a rarity within commercial sectors, where the opportunity arises to pass on your thanks wholeheartedly, however on this occasion, personally I couldn’t thank Matthew enough.
After falling fowl to what I’ll call a mobile phone sc am, having a CCJ issued and being caught up in a legal dispute over terms and conditions within a business-to-business contract, I very quickly found myself wrapped up in legal terminology and felt I was sinking fast.
After being put in contact with Escalate via our accountants (TC), Matthew had a brief teams call, had the information sent over and called me straight back after the weekend.
At no point did he give me false hope or say I would be in a position to win should it go to a court, in fact it was the opposite as the terms were fairly tight, but there was a chance of contacting the claimant with regards ADR. From this moment on I felt like the millstone had been removed from around my neck, emails were being sent to the claimant and the court, and ultimately a resolve was achieved in a very short time.
Bearing in mind this had been circling around since March and a CCJ being issued in June (subsequently set aside), for Matthew to reach a resolve in just a few days was remarkable in my eyes.
Therefore, with all the above in mind, I would like to sincerely extend my thanks and gratitude to Matthew, Escalate and any of his team for the speedy and professional approach.
Should CCS ever be in a position where we require legal representation or find ourselves having commercial disputes with any of our clients (hopefully not), I trust we can contact Escalate.
