I've used Charles Coleman for +25 years and I'm still using them today, so they must be good.
The whole team including Nathan and Shelli are always very helpful, prompt & keep everything as simple as possible which helps keep the costs to a minimum.
They are Simply First Class with reasonable charges.

Purchased our first house!
Shelli made our purchase as easy as it could be even though we faced some complications. She was always communicating and ensuring we understood all the details thoroughly. She always responded in a timely manner and really allowed the process to be as seamless as it could be. She was friendly and professional throughout the process and we look forward to working with her again :)

Selling my Flat in London
Although my Son Louie did most of the practical work there were some complications but I that he has complete confidence in Shailja to be able to navigate any complications that could arise. She was skilled in communicating empathetically between both of us and kept her focus when there were obstacles or delays in the process and helped me keep my nerve with her attentive and calm manner and her professional accummune. It just leaves me to say thankyou Shailja.

Excellent service & clear communication

Handling the legal side of The estate.
Very clear and precise instructions handled with care and consideration. Sheilja was extremely attentive and communicated as and when required. Whilst it took a long period to complete all the work it was during COVID so understandable in the circumstances.
