Brilliant
Liz offered unparalleled service and advice in a professional but friendly way and her back up through Sandra was equally as good
The legal process was not easy due to unnecessary delays in one part of the chain but Liz and Sandra kept on top of it through out
My wife and myself are truly grateful for the service that Liz and Sandra provided

Sale of a London flat
The sale was complex because it was owned by a trust with various trustees only one of whom was local to the flat. The flat was also in poor condition because it had been occupied for many years by an elderly lady who was not able to maintain it properly. The trustees were not made aware of many of the problems with the flat during her rent-free tenancy. The flat was in a block owned by a limited company consisting of the other owners, none of whom had experience of dealing with the sale of one of the flats. mfg handled the complex sale very professionally.

Excellent Service and Communications.
Liz (Hulland) and her secretary Sandra are excellent. Always available via email or phone if needed and makes contact by email / phone. None of this new way of working where you can't speak to anybody and everything is done online. Worth paying the extra money for a more personal and professional service in my opinion.

Exceptional support - sale of our house
Our sale was a long way short of straightforward and Liz made every step easy, clear and as stress free as possible. Communication was brilliant and very prompt. Despite the inevitable uncertainties of home buying and selling, Liz helped us to clearly understand what was happening and gave us great advice about options and how best to proceed. Wonderful service
Liz has managed two transactions for us now - and she has been beyond excellent on both occasions. Making what is traditionally a very stressful process and relative breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First ever house sale!
Liz has been very patient and understanding with me as I have never Sold a house before, didn’t have a clue what happens but she really reassured me and gave sound advice. Will definitely be going back when I purchase another property. Great all round! Thank you so much ☺️

Efficient, Professional and easy to work with.
mfg solicitors have been excellent throughout my dealings with them. They are quick to respond to requests and queries and easy to speak to on the phone or via email. Our solicitor Liz, and her assistant Sandra, have been efficient, professional and friendly at all times. Their Ludlow office is easy to get to, the reception staff are professional and courteous and above all else they get things done quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to buy/sell their house.
