Wonderful service
Liz has managed two transactions for us now - and she has been beyond excellent on both occasions. Making what is traditionally a very stressful process and relative breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First ever house sale!
Liz has been very patient and understanding with me as I have never Sold a house before, didn’t have a clue what happens but she really reassured me and gave sound advice. Will definitely be going back when I purchase another property. Great all round! Thank you so much ☺️

Efficient, Professional and easy to work with.
mfg solicitors have been excellent throughout my dealings with them. They are quick to respond to requests and queries and easy to speak to on the phone or via email. Our solicitor Liz, and her assistant Sandra, have been efficient, professional and friendly at all times. Their Ludlow office is easy to get to, the reception staff are professional and courteous and above all else they get things done quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to buy/sell their house.

Would use again

House Sale
I was selling a property to first time buyers in a very straightforward transaction, as I was already living in my new home. Despite very slow and frustrating conduct from the buyers’ solicitors, mfg remained professional and efficient throughout the whole process and ensured that the matter was concluded within an acceptable time frame

Excellent service from a calm professional
I chose MFG because they were local, and answered my initial email on a Sunday. The move was made difficult by a number of factors, but Liz remained calm and professional throughout. She contacted me promptly when she needed to, and I could always get hold of her if it was necessary. She listened and was approachable, giving clear advice as necessary. I would us them again, and recommend them wholeheartedly. We've moved 7 times, but although it was difficult, Liz made it as easy as possible. I have no connection to the solicitor or company.
