First time buyer
Big thank you to Lily and Lauren on helping us with our first time property! They were both professional and friendly, they explained things clearly and were very helpful with questions. Amy was also helpful with our initial paperwork! Will be using again

Flat purchase
We had to purchase a ground floor flat for my Mother due to the appalling condition of the flat she was renting and her health conditions..Bell Lamb & Joynson were recommended and proved to be a great recommendation. Lily was our main solicitor she was very professional helpful friendly and VERY understanding of our situation she was patient and answered our emails, calls in good time Lily explained everything to us and we would recommend BLJ in fact we already have.

Professional throughout
Despite a change of solicitors during the process everything went efficiently from beginning to end and quite seamlessly despite a number of potential problems created by the purchaser. I will use Bell,Lamb and Joynson for future transactions (assuming they will represent me!)
