Excellent choice
Excellent choice! I recently went through both a sale and purchase with Leadenhall and Nasreen did an amazing job getting both sale and purchase to getting ready for completion. She was always available both through emails and by phone to answer any queries that I had and sorting any issues as quickly as possible. Dalia was also very helpful to answer questions.
It was also really valuable that cases were looked after by other team members to cover holidays which I found really valuable (Maham clarified various points and she was up to date with the case instantly).

Excellent professional approach
Working with Nasreen was a good experience as she was very calm and controlled in her approach. It was a somewhat challenging transaction as some deadlines were missed due to elements outside of our control, but Leadenhall's expediting of the process meant we got to a positive outcome.

Very professional and high quality conveyancer. Made buying my first home go well. Delays outside of our control caused issues but Nasreen helped to ensure everything was sorted within a reasonable time frame.
