Mindful lawyers
Richard, Meghan and Ann were attentive and person cantered in their approach, I never really felt like a job, or source of income, my wellbeing was always front and centre when negotiating options and looking at my case and situation. I felt they really listened and helped me make the best decisions, without compromising my desired outcome.
They were professional, very well versed in the relevant area and efficient in getting to resolution in a timely fashion. They represented me well when a little extra push was required, without putting me through the emotional labour of retelling my story.
I felt they had my back, I felt safe and from the first call till the end and there was trust. There were no surprises and they managed my expectations at every step.
I'd recommend them every time without hesitation.

Great personal care and attention
Richard and Megan were great throughout the whole process. They gave incredibly thorough and considerate advice, which prepared me for all the twists and turns of an employment claim. Always willing to help me see the other side of the case and their respective point of view and priorities.
Patient and calm when bumps in the road manifested themselves. Always keeping the end goal in sight - a mutually successful settlement.
Most importantly, very responsive. I could get through immediately, did not have to wait to speak on the phone. Very willing to be flexible on timings and to keep momentum going on the case. At one point they even chased me for a response.
Will use them again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone who has any questions concerning employment, dismissals and renumeration.
