Gave me peace of mind throughout a very tough time
Joanne led me through a really tough time, and I have to thank her heavily for her direct manner of approach and taking control of my case. I was left in a tough spot, and I felt confident from the moment I first spoke with Joanne that she understood my issue and would get the result we needed.
Joanne used a proactive and out of the box approach towards the hearing date to ensure I got the most monies possible given the case. Very happy and thankful it was wrapped up before Christmas! Thanks Joanne!

Professional, helpful and courteous throughout.
From start to finish, Joanne was professional and exactly what I needed.
I’d never needed to use a solicitor for an employment reason before, but unfortunately the time came and I was recommended to Joanne by a former colleague.
I can now see why. Professional from word go and never overpromising, everything was kept understandable and straightforward for a legal luddite like myself.
Reasonable and caring through the entire process I felt as though I was important and was treated with respect.
Everything was completed in a timely manner and I was able to contact her at any reasonable time to discuss things.

Efficient and knowledgeable solicitor
I've worked with Joanne on a number of occasions now and every time she has been supportive, professional and knowledgeable. She also achieves all of this in an efficient manner which is much appreciated in most situations but especially in stressful ones as legal issues can often be. I would highly recommend her!
