Very pleasant
Catherine helped me to think through a complex family situation, and everything provided to create my Will was very clear and timely. I was very naive to the process beforehand and was helped to understand everything and was enabled to weigh up the best way forward. I also really enjoyed working with her and our online meetings were very pleasant. I also appreciated dealing with the same person throughout, rather than being handed off to other staff members which has often been the case with other professional services firms.

So Helpful
As someone for whom anything legal causes a mild element of panic I found that Catherine guided me calmly and clearly both through matters concerning my recently deceased partner and through re-doing my own Will so that it all became quite possible. Your receptionists and the general ambience are very welcoming.

Catherine was able to manage a really difficult situation for us as we lived so far away. She kept us updated and informed on action we needed to undertake as we were unsure on what had to be done. She organised many elements, which we would have been unable to arrange. As a result the process run smoothly and how it should.
