She provides expert practical advice and assists both individuals and Commercial clients on a wide range of employment and HR issues such as: • Contracts of Employment, Policy Drafting & Employee Handbooks • Directors Service Agreements • Restrictive Covenants • Discrimination • TUPE • Disciplinary and grievance procedures • Managing sickness absences • Redundancy advice • Settlement agreements • Early Conciliation • Claims of Unfair or Constructive Dismissal • Employment Tribunal proceedings Victoria is approachable, reliable and straight talking. She understands that each client is unique and provides a personalised service to ensure the best and most cost-effective result is achieved. She acts privately and under the terms of various insurance policies. She regularly gives employment updates to the CIPD and clients of the Firm. She is also a volunteer for the ELIPS scheme.
