I have worked with Sarah and later Terri for the past five years through my divorce, financial settlement order, child arrangements order. More recently Terri has supported me with a co-habitation agreement and updating my will, specific issues with my ex-husband including specific issues orders such as secondary school placements and changes to my original child arrangement order. They have both helped me to deal with my legal issues with dignity and respect at very difficult and challenging times when I have felt like doing anything but that.
My circumstances with my ex-husband are on the extreme end of the scale and it has meant that attention to detail and using the correct wording has been key to obtaining the right result for an easier life. I would highly recommend Terri, her attention to detail and anticipating all the possible angles has been exceptional. She is extremely hard working, caring and dedicated to getting the right result for her client.
I can’t thank Terri enough for all she has supported me with lately, issues with my ex-husband are never easy to resolve and I’m sure she must dread seeing my name on her call back list! There have been a lot of times when I have felt like giving up or I wasn’t sure what to do next or how to deal with a situation and I can’t thank Terri enough for being there to support me through those times. For as long as Terri is happy to work with me, I will continue to work with her on any future legal issues.

Will writing
I would like to thank Chris Smith for his professionalism and understanding when it came to writing my Will. He understood my needs and requests perfectly and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Divorce and financial settlement
When I first met Terri Anson Dean I was very low. I had separated after a long marriage, didn’t know my rights and was keenly aware my husband had managed all our finances for years. I had discovered everything was in his name only and felt very scared for my future as I approached my 60’s. For the next many months Terri supported me, filtered out the deeply emotional response I had to his solicitor’s letters and helped me focus on my needs and wants. Even when I wanted to delay, against Terri’s best legal advice, she supported my decisions, allowing me to process it all at my own pace. She was my shield and my protector whilst giving me my voice. I cannot thank her enough for the outcome that has given me the financial security to live my life my way.

Family Law
After looking for a solicitor to provide help and advice on a family law case, I found Terri to be very approachable, at my initial consultation she listened and offered advice to how she would be able to best help. As for most people being in this situation it was very much the unknown for me and extremely stressful, but Terri’s knowledge of family law situations helped instantly to put me at ease.
Her advice was always offered in an honest, sensible manner she explained that by completing some forms myself that I would be saving money.

Terri Anson-Dean
Terri was very professional and thoughtful. This order I now have in place is already making my life a lot happily with my son. I am so happy Terri was involved with my case and I couldn’t thank her more. There was a lot of times I wasn’t sure what to do and I would either email or ring Terri and we would go through every angle and find a solution every time. I would highly recommend Terri for any case moving forward. She made everything so much easier and I will never forget her efforts to help me have a better future and relationship with my son.
