I started working at Hall Smith Whittingham in 2012 as a secretary working over the summer holidays and providing cover work for other secretaries when they were off. I was delighted when I was offered a training contract with Hall Smith Whittingham as I have always wanted to work locally and love working for this firm. I started my training contract here in January 2014 and am now a qualified solicitor working in the conveyancing department.

Been using HSW especially Lucy Woods for serval years now and 3 house purchases, the most recent being myself in direct contact with her. I’ve found her to have an extremely diligent approach, has a vast knowledge and a calming mannerism, Great all round experience, thanks Lucy.

I recently bought a home (December 2023). I would highly recommend Hall Smith Whittingham. The solicitor Lucy and her paralegal Laura, were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
