Trust - Deed of appointment
This was my first time working with Barker Law. I cannot thank Helen enough for all the hard work she put in for us. The process was more complicated than initially expected but Helen went above and beyond to help resolve all issues.
I always felt reassured that Helen and her team were on top of things and any questions I had were always answered promptly and clearly so I always felt I knew what was going on. Her patience and kindness with my elderly Grandmother was fantastic, putting her at ease during the process.
I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and taking a huge weight off my shoulders.
Without a doubt I would recommend Helen at Baker Law and the firm as a whole.

Completion of first will
Writing a will never seems like a high priority but the process with Baker Law was very straightforward and efficient. Helen at was very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend Baker Law as I have previously had 2 positive experiences with their employment law services.

Advice re LPOA - Living relative with loss of capacity
What a minefield we decided we needed advice regarding LPOA for our Aunt. Having researched local solicitors I kept coming back to Baker Law. I had an initial telephone discussion and immediately knew I had come to the right place.
My sister and I attended for a 1 hour meeting and were so pleased as we found the session extremely helpful and informative. It really clarified the situation for us and it is good to know we had got professional advice to guide us.
As promised we received a very comprehensive report highlighting areas to be considered and which answered many of the questions we had. In addition Helen was able to signpost to organisations who might be able to assist with specialised areas.
In summary - professional - great communication with clear advice and easy to understand - First Class service and would highly recommend

Joint Wills
BakerLaw (in particular Helen Cohen and Claire Porter) have provided an exceptional service in relation to the writing of our joint wills. They have acted promptly, given clear explanations, are very approachable and professional.
We took advantage of the Phyllis Tuckwell Make A Will Month, so it was nice to be able to make a donation to a local, very worthy cause at the same time as sorting out an important issue.
