House purchase

Great experience
I received an excellent service from Eric Robinson Solicitors. Advice was detailed without being verbose, thorough, and accessible to those without legal knowledge or experience. The Legal Assistant was very responsive to my communications which was greatly appreciated. I felt confident in the solictor/assistant I was using and with the advice I received. They acted promptly and professionally.

Not very good communication
Unfortunately not great communication and felt that they acted more for my ex husband when selling the martial home.
Not all emails was replied too and felt at times replies was a bit patronising.
Not a solicitors I would of chosen but house sale would not had continued if I choose another solicitor, so wasn't my choice.
Not a good experience unfortunately

Highly Recommend
My partner and I had an excellent experience with Kelly and Charlotte at the Hedge End firm. The dedication, time and patience they put into our case to ensure that we made it to completion was more than outstanding, as it had moments when we felt everything was just going to fall through. They went way and above to ensure that things were done correctly legally and to a high standard and they were able to complete our transaction on deadline day, considering all the challenges that were presented to them from begining to end. They are are definitely assets to Eric Robinson Solicitors team. Thank you both!
