My experience with Molly
On my first meeting I was so anxious and I didn’t know which way to start, but you immediately put me at ease. You talked me through it and then we made an appointment, and you were so kind and helpful and calmed me down. You talked me through everything on our second meeting and you pointed things out that made sense and I’m delighted with the help you gave me. I felt so confident and you were very professional, very helpful.

Closure of deceased account with HSBC
A big thank you to Molly and the team.
We'd come to a halt closing an HSBC account in the name of my grandmother with their bereavement team.
