Chantal is a Senior Associate in our Property Disputes team. She acts for commercial and private clients, advising on all aspects of disputes involving property law. Chantal advises a broad range of commercial clients, both landlords and tenants, regarding lease renewals (under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954), termination options, dilapidations, service charge disputes, break options and general commercial property disputes. Chantal advises private property owners and tenants regarding residential property-related matters, including enfranchisement, right of first refusal, breach of tenancy, termination of tenancy, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, rights of way, and rights of light. The most common topic for advice with residential homeowners is a neighbour dispute regarding boundaries or rights of way.
