In the end the job was done so that was the main thing. It was more expensive than initially quoted, and took a lot longer than was ideal due to a poor choice of priority initially, but Luke was very communicative when I contacted him and seemed to have plenty of time to answer questions, and allay some of my doubts and stresses so that helped a lot.

Luke and the rest of the Pink Team were great and managed to get us through what was a particularly complex house move dealing with shortcomings and poor quality solicitors on the other side. If it wasn’t for these guys I am pretty sure our purchase would have fell through, thanks again for your help!

Part way through a slightly more complicated remortgage on land to build a house, Luke has been extremely responsive and helpful.
Had a response this morning in about 10 minutes on a query that made me remember past experiences with other solicitors, typically waiting days and having to chase consistently for an answer.
