Wendi Coupland

Conveyancing Executive and Associate

Wendi joined in January 2018 as a Conveyancing Executive and is based in the Chandler’s Ford office as part of the Residential Conveyancing Team. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is currently studying towards qualifying as a Graduate Member. In May 2020, Wendi was delighted to be promoted to an Associate member of the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Wendi spent 20 years working within the legal sector, and has worked locally in firms including Coffin Mew LLP and QualitySolicitors Knight Polson. Wendi has an extensive knowledge and expertise in dealing with new build transactions including Help to Buy and Forces Help to Buy. In recent years she has developed her field of work to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and right to buy transactions involving both leasehold and freehold titles. Having moved home herself on a few occasions, Wendi understands just how stressful such a time can be for her clients. She uses her personal and legal experience to tailor her approach to transactions on an individual basis to ensure that her client’s needs are met throughout the entire process.
