Where there's a way there's a Will
If you're not sure about doing a Will; where to start or how to include things you want, what's involved, or who to ask about it - I would say from my experience of Kerry's help with mine, just contact Herrington and Carmichael. They provide the means for you to get the basic framework/details written/typed up, but most importantly, very early on in the whole process you discuss everything with Kerry. This really kickstarts things even if you don't think you have got very far at all with it. She is very good at asking all the right questions to cover every important aspect for you. She listens carefully with your own interests paramount and with consideration for all involved, to really help you understand what your decisions mean and how they would play out in legal terms. It will save you a lot of time compared to trying to do it without her help, and it can be stressful trying to do it on your own or worrying about having to do it. Kerry can explain about various ways to construct putting your wishes in place that are less limiting that just one forever Will document, so don't feel restricted by that notion, or put off doing it because of that assumption. Kerry is generous with her advice (suggesting other considerations alongside doing a Will) and efficient so the cost was very reasonable. I found everyone at Herrington Carmichael to be pleasant, professional and entirely accurate with everything. Highly recommended!

Exactly what you need when you don't know what that is and need help
I was apprehensive about seeking legal advice but we had to, and from my first contact with Herrington Carmichael I was gently guided and reassured that I was in safe hands by everyone there. They didn't need to say this in so many words, it was just entirely apparent in how they handled everything. No mistakes, everything efficient and at the right pace which allowed breathing space and thinking time for us, but no waiting around. Always easy to contact and pleasant to work with. Our solicitor was confident, kind and calm. She focused on us and our issues; used her intelligence, knowledge of the law and equal consideration of everyone involved to quickly find ways forward and reach solutions. She also demonstrated excellent communication skills to make sure we were all involved and understood everything. It was all such a puzzle until she worked her magic - I was genuinely impressed and so very grateful (relieved)! I would recommend unreservedly.

KERRY SAWYER....Professional, Friendly and Trusted advice
Was really impressed with Kerry Sawyer's handling of drawing up our wills. She was diligent, professional, knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. She was patient when we needed the more complex angles explained and just got on with the task in hand. She also had a very friendly and trustworthy manner, knew when to push us for documents to be sent back when we were delaying the process as well.
All round excellent service.
