Good experience both times I have used Laura for conveyancing
Laura or an associate was always there with information as to progress of my sale so important to exchange information at stressful times. I have used Laura at Biscoes twice now for sale of two very different properties and she is my go to for any transaction I may have in the future. The price was agreed at the start of the transactions and was reasonable both times even though the first sale was during Covid and the second was very difficult. I would not hesitate to recommend Laura and Biscoes.

House sale
They were very good & pleasant & professional in my opinion, ours was not without little issues & as sellers lived at different addresses & both parties were kept in the loop & all information sent to both which was great & we felt the price was reasonable as well which was of some relief, would definitely recommend them

Superb conveyancing services
Buying property on the Isle of Wight I was recommended to use an on-island Solicitor and Laura was suggested as being a very highly skilled professional in this field. She did not disappoint, providing swift timely communications throughout the process to keep me informed at every stage. My case was particularly complicated involving new legislation coming to light part way but this was handled well and we completed the purchase cleanly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Laura as the perfect legal professional for handing conveyancing services. The service I received was excellent, many thanks!

Excellent conveyancing under tricky circumstances
I was purchasing a property in the name of my mother via a lasting power of attorney- Laura and the team coped with this with no issues (unlike the bank, but that’s another story).
