Just purchased a property using Saul in the Blandford office. Simply cannot rate him and his team high enough on what was a roller coaster 6 month process. He spotted so many errors and omissions on the other side which he fought to get rectified to protect us, and he did the most incredible job, even with a curve ball 2 days before exchange and completion. Not once did he ask for additional fees, which given the number of hours he spent sorting all the issues out would have been wholly justified. We are so glad that Saul and his team were on our side, and would recommend him every time unconditionally. If we could give more than 5 * we would!
