I specialise in residential sales and purchases. I've had the pleasure of having TQ represent me twice during the conveyancing process, both times a different team, but the same excellent service. I instructed TQ law around March/April time and my purchase was being dealt with by a different team for a while (more to follow on them further down in my review). If this review was about them I’d have probably given a 1…

My file was taken over by Team BP in around August/September time and honestly completely changed my whole view of TQ law. Bryan and Mellissa were amazing! Very professional, very kind and always responsive to my emails (this is very important to clients). I honestly can’t thank them enough for helping me to complete on my flat which really dragged on for months (due to no fault of their own). They took over my file and hit the ground running! For me to still be writing a positive review after the terrible service initially recieved (from the other team)I know their service has left a mark! You’re both an asset to your company and I really hope you get the recognition you deserve!

Quite suprised I’m writing this review as a months ago I’d be writing a different review! Didnt get off to a great start at TQ law initially (to be honest for most of my transaction unfortunately) as the team that my case was initially assigned to were awful, which led to a complaint, - I wont name the team though as it would take away from who I really want to put the focus on!!! My 5 star review isn’t for them nor is it for the complaints department who to be honest I think are (unsurprisingly) biased. My 5 star review is PURELY for team BP (Bryan and Melissa).

TQLaw have so far dealt with my previous flat’s lease extension and a house purchase.

Ashley was brilliantly efficient and certainly knew her stuff when it come to leases! Making sure that everything was set when time certainly was not in abundance.

Bryan and Mellissa dealt with my house purchase after, they were great, always contactable and progressed everything in good time with updates along the way.

Whilst I don’t intend on using solicitors for a while I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to TQLaw.

My sale went through without a hitch thanks to TQ Law. It was managed by Mellissa who was amazing, efficient, professional, but with a friendly touch sending me progress reports and answering the phone on demand thereby keeping me informed all the way through.
