I would just like to thank all the staff who worked on my case at Graham Coffey Solicitors. Although my claim took nearly 7 years to complete due to its complexity, I always felt re-assured that they had my best interests at heart.
In particular, I would like to thank Doug Conaty who took over my case some 4 years ago.
I genuinely believe he went above and beyond what I would have expected from any Solicitor.
In my lowest darkest times pre amputation, he always had time to listen to me and even went out of his way in assisting me in finding the right people to help me post amputation. More over he was always fighting for funding to help me get the best treatment and equipment available.
At times I must have give him sleepless nights and been a pain in the backside, but without him I honestly can say that the whole process would have been far more distressing if not near impossible for me.
All the way through the case, he treat me more as a friend than a client, and I hope we can maintain that friendship into the future.
Words cannot say enough but Thank you Doug for all your help and assistance, my family are forever grateful.
I would also like to give a special mention to Chloe Nixon, who I know did a lot of work behind the scenes. I know you are about to qualify as a solicitor (after my slight misunderstanding during the JSM 🤣) and would like to say if you make half the solicitor your mentor is then you will go far.

Great service
I've had an ongoing battle trying to claim for a car accident I had 3 years ago, in that time I have had a change of solicitor but Chloe took over perfectly and finished the job at hand, I wasn't the easiest client as I'm so forgetful and tell myself I'll reply to that later when I'm free, and never do, she has been so patient with me it has done a fantastic job and can't thank her enough!
