How Phoebe Salvaged a Challenging Conveyancing Case
I had an outstanding experience working with Phoebe and her team, Cristina and Bethany. Their quick responses and professional approach helped make the entire process stress-free.
My case was initially handled by Zainub at GloverPriest Solicitors from October 15th, and the service was deeply disappointing. The responses were inadequate and unprofessional, and I nearly lost my property due to their poor handling.
However, everything changed when Phoebe took over. She accomplished in just two weeks what should have been completed before Christmas.
Phoebe's dedication, expertise, and commitment were exceptional. She successfully managed to meet the completion deadline, and I'm incredibly grateful for her efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Efficient and helpful
Working with Phoebe and her team was simple and easy. They handled everything efficiently and professionally, with email updates and guidance when needed. I didn't have much cause to speak to her directly as everything went so smoothly. There was a slight hiccup near completion that was handled very well and we were offered a gesture of goodwill which was very much appreciated. I would recommend Phoebe and her team to anyone looking at hiring a residential conveyancer.

Read the reviews and thought people were being harsh. A month in and ended up disinstructing. If you try to complain or raise concerns, you just get told to ‘disinstruct if you don’t like it’. Don’t do it.

Extremely happy with Service
Bethany and Phoebe remained professional throughout this whole process and worked their hardest to get this over the line - this should have been an easy case, and empty property and a first time buyer - however we were met with delays and incompetence from the Vendor's Solicitors at every stage!
I cannot thank them enough as both a Mortgage Broker and a Mom for dealing with my Daughter's first home purchase, we are both so grateful.

Poor service
Overall a poor experience purchasing my first property. Constant delays throughout lack of communication and responses to messages were very little.
Emails that were sent and replied to by myself - were blanked even though these were emails asking for updates and receipt of documents sent.
Loss of paperwork even though have proof it was signed for at the office it was sent to - 1 document sent 3 times...
Asking for duplicate of documents that had been provided previously.
Change of case handler half way through the process delayed further.
Assistants making unprofessional comments via email.
Took almost 6 months to complete a transfer sale.

Apartment sale
Professional, approachable & very clear with instructions, not to mention the prompt responses to every email & phone call. Total 10/10 experience would most definitely recommend Gover & Preist to friends & family.

Amazing service from both Phoebe and Bethany!
Both Phoebe and Bethany were both very good whilst sorting out my first home. Very helpful, responsive and prompt. Always answered all my questions and both of them we're so lovely and kind. I’ve had a really quick turn around too and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks again for all your help and it’s been a pleasure dealing with you both!

Poor communication
Poor communication, could never get a reply.
Didn't explain the process, every job/task took over a week.
All responses stated how backlogged they were and how long they have had off so need to catch up. Highly frustrating. Made an already frustrating process unbearable.
Wouldn't recommend.
