Both Phoebe and Bethany were both very good whilst sorting out my first home. Very helpful, responsive and prompt. Always answered all my questions and both of them we're so lovely and kind. Poor communication
Poor communication, could never get a reply.
Didn't explain the process, every job/task took over a week.
All responses stated how backlogged they were and how long they have had off so need to catch up. Highly frustrating. Made an already frustrating process unbearable.
Wouldn't recommend.
