Assistant Solicitor

Charlotte is an assistant solicitor in the Civil Litigation team. She specialises in dispute resolution, dealing mainly with commercial and property disputes. Her cases include landlord and tenant disputes and eviction proceedings as well as commercial matters such as breach of contract claims and commercial property disputes. Charlotte is a strong negotiator and aims to settle cases without the need for court proceedings where possible. She deals with serving notices, advising clients on changes to the law and where necessary preparing files for court.
