Impeccable Service
We used the services of Sills and Betteridge to help us with the legal minefield of selling my late Mums house. This was not a straightforward sale due to a number of complexities which were sent to try us. Our solicitor Sue Ross and her wonderful Support Yvonne Kilburn were always at hand to take the strain and find a solution to every situation that occurred. First class service. Patient, professional and prompt
Team Sue were fantastic. They were incredibly thorough with the whole process and very patient with us as first time buyers.
They were very professional in their roles and always gave us the best possible advice in a myriad of situations, and I would use them again happily.

House sale
Sills and Betteridge have been fantastic from the start to the finish of my house sale! If there was anything I didn’t understand they were always there with advice and would always get back to my enquires very efficiently! Sue Ross and her team dealt with my case and they were always very polite, helpful and friendly. Yvonne Kilburn in particular was in correspondence with me a lot and was very good at keeping me up to date with any sale progress. Couldn’t fault the team. Would recommend to anyone who wants to sell or purchase a property. I will definitely use them again if I need them in the future! Also the YouTube video they have produced on the conveyancing process of buying and selling a property is very helpful.

Conveyancing Service
We used the conveyance service to sell our late mother’s property. All enquiries were responded to within 48 hours. 95 percent of our contact was via email with Yvonne Kilburn who was excellent. She was knowledgeable and acted promptly on tasks required to reach completion of the sale.
