A brilliant service
We have chosen to work with Amanda on 3 occasions now and she continues to be a real pleasure to work with. We really appreciate how efficient and timely she is- not once have we had to chase for an update. Having had the opposite experience with another firm, we are so grateful to have found someone so reliable and lovely to deal with.

Excellent Service
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Amanda and the team at Surrey Property Lawyers. Having had a very negative experience with a different conveyancer on a purchase which fell through, it was a real breath of fresh air! As a first time buyer, Amanda took time to explain clearly every step of the process, and was always available and very responsive to queries. My purchase was handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend SPL for conveyancing services.

Purchase - First time buyer
I worked with Amanda for conveyancing for the purchase of my home. I am a first time buyer and this was my first time going through this whole process. Amanda has been fantastic throughout this. She was very clear throughout, efficient and timely in her responses, was always approachable to any queries I had. Their app was also excellent with clear milestones and timelines listed.
Overall, it was first class service and I'd definitely be recommending Amanda and Surrey Property Lawyers!

Moving to Fleeti
I was supported by Amanda . throughout the 8 month process to move to Fleet. She did her best to get the vendors to speed up the process at each stage.

Excellent service- would thoroughly recommend

Best conveyancing experience!
My wife and I each had our own properties before selling them to purchase our current home together, so we had previous experiences with conveyancers. When we listed our current home for sale and hired Surrey Property Lawyers to represent us, we were immediately impressed by the high level of service and the speed and efficiency of their communications. Amanda kept us informed every step of the way, responding quickly to our enquiries —often within an hour and promptly drafting and sending out documents. We felt that Amanda was genuinely invested in ensuring we had a smooth experience, guiding us through to exchange and completion. She was extremely personable and truly cared about our situation, providing us with the best conveyancing experience we've ever had. Successful House Sale
Amanda helped managed the sale of our house. The service she provided was excellent, keeping us informed as to how things were progressing. Too often when dealing with solicitors they just give you a pile of paper and expect you (the customer) to digest it all; Amanda was different, she actually gave us her opinion based on experience and was always willing to chat, which helped us greatly. I would have no hesitation in her and Surrey Property Layers
