I had an injury at work which resulted in me losing my job in June of 2021, I took a month or two with my thoughts on what to do and decided to contact farleys about a possible claim and if I had any leg to stand on. A gentlemen called Mathew Jemson dealt with me as my solicitor for half of the time & he was brilliant, he unfortunately left & then Jane Chadwick took over my case for the last 12 months. In the previous 12 months Jane has been absolutely outstanding! Contacted me back and responded to calls & emails the same day which is unheard of for a solicitor due to the massive amount of workload. For that I am eternally grateful & I seriously would never contact another company now due to how well Farleys have dealt with my case! & that’s even after having to pass my case on to another staff member due to leaving the company. Jane got me a massive payout which I am so grateful for! Absolutely brilliant work, and if it was possible to leave a better review I would but 5 stars is an understatement.

Jane thank you to you & your team and thank you to Mathew Jepson also, although he wasn’t involved towards the end he also played a big part.

Many thanks! Hopefully I won’t need a solicitor again but if I do then I know who to call!
