Excellent Service
Kirsty has been amazing throughout the whole experience of selling my partners house and us purchasing our new house. She has dealt with many issues and communicated to us at all times with what was going on and worked getting things met quickly!

Conveyancing of sale
Kirsty and the team were absolutely fabulous and had to deal with a very prolonged complex property sale which they have taken in their stride even when it looked like the sale was failing they managed to go the extra mile and pull it back from the brink. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Sale of probate house
Kirsty and her team gave us an excellent service whilst selling our probate property. They were super efficient and a pleasure to deal with, the price was very reasonable and the sale was completed in a much faster time than we thought possible

Fantastic experience for first time buyers
We had the pleasure of working with and instructing Kirsty Jones at the Barnstaple branch of Slee Blackwell Solicitors.
She was highly recommended by a local independent estate agent who told me to “go with Kirsty 1,000,000%” and we’re so glad we did.
She was fantastic from start to finish; great and speedy communication, really helped us fully understand every step of the way, broke everything down for us into manageable chunks of admin, and helped push everything through.
This was our first time buying a home, and from our first conversation, I knew Kirsty was going to be such a huge help in what could have been a very stressful situation.
Her secretaries, Ruth and Sue, were also fab at answering our emails in Kirsty’s absence. Ruth called me the day we completed our purchase and sounded as thrilled as we were for all to have gone smoothly.
Kirsty regularly pushed the vendor’s solicitors in the right direction, and really helped us with some added extras that benefitted our purchase.
I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and use them again myself, we are truly happy with the service we have received and are very thankful that Kirsty made this process so stress free.
