Transfer of titles
I cannot thank Conor and everyone else I have spoken with at scullion law enough in helping me to transfer title deeds

Easy and Speedy Discharge of Title Deeds
Connor and his colleagues have been absolutely on the ball and got the admin for our title deeds sorted in record time. They were happy to advise on other matters relating to closing our mortgage too so we couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

House conveyance
We viewed a flat in September and then got in touch with Scullion Law to proceed and Conor introduced himself on 7th November as our conveyancer . He has been with us all the way in dealing with a very difficult seller who could not be contacted,even by her own solicitor . Conor has guided us every step of the way and kept us fully informed at all times . We made numerous emails and phone calls and he always answered any of our questions promptly . It has been a difficult 5 months for us dealing with the seller and her lack of communication and I’m sure Conor has felt this too.
Today we completed the payment and concluded missives and look forward to getting our keys on Monday.
Conor is an absolute star and we thank him very much for all his hard work.

House sale
I found Conor very helpful, as I am. In my 80s I had no idea what to expect, but I needn't have worried. Conor took charge and the sale went through smoothly.

Great service

Transfer of property
I had a great experience with Conor handling my transfer of title deeds, I was kept fully informed and any queries I had were responded to promptly. We had a tight timescale to get things completed due to a mortgage offer expiring but everything was handled quickly and seamlessly, the process was much less stressful than I anticipated and I appreciated the ability to switch off knowing it was in good hands.

Property purchase
