Amazing perseverance
The sale was not without challenge from my purchaser and their solicitor - from lack of engagement updates and cooperation, constantly changing the position.
Conor was amazing with his perseverance and persistence, and at the most stressful of times was calm and kept me informed at all times. Engagement was second to none and exceptional I couldn’t have wished for a more professional person to be on my side.

Great service provided for home sale
After having a good experience with Scullion Law for the purchase of my property, I went back to them when it came to selling it. Great Service and Communication During a Property Sale
I had the pleasure of dealing with Conor G from Scullion Law who had impeccable service from the beginning to the closure of my property sale. We had an unfortunate fall through nearer the beginning of the year and Conor was great at communicating my options and next steps. The overall communication was brilliant. Every query I had was responded to within one working day, and I was even given updates without asking which I'd never had from any legal firm as of then. Conor understood my working routine was not the same each week and so gave me flexible options and time to reply and make any decisions. Every process that Scullion Law required me to do was quick and easy, and each step of the process moved very speedy on my end of the sale. I will absolutely use Scullion Law in the future, and will be hoping to work with Conor again in the not too distant future.
