Excellent Service!
Top class solicitors! Answered every little question throughout the house sale. Always prompt with answering emails or phone calls. Never had to wait for them to finish anything like other solicitors in the chain. Will definitely recommend to anyone else wanting solicitors.

Efficent and got the job done
Have used B&M for few things most recently sale and purchase, Richard Durant at B&M was professional, courteous and patient. Its a stressful thing buying and selling, B&M made the transactions as stressless as was possible and kept us informed at all stages.

A cut above the rest
I've just completed the sale and purchase of two properties after a painful six months of legal process and vendor and buyer prevarication. During this time the Boys and Maughan team led by Richard Durrant were fantastic. They dealt with my enquiries efficiently and quickly despite incredible intransigence from other solicitors further up the chain. They were clearly and easily a 'cut above the rest'. I would unhesitatingly recommend B & M for any conveyancing or property related matters.

Service couldn't be better
Having used Boys & Maughan before, I didn't hesitate to ask them to manage our property sale and purchase again.
Richard is an all round excellent lawyer keeping us in the loop, prompt with documentation and quick to resolve issues.
